FBI Law Internship Contract

This FBI Law Internship Contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) and the Intern.

1. Scope Internship

The Intern shall perform legal research, draft legal memoranda, and provide support to FBI attorneys in various legal matters. The Intern shall adhere to all FBI policies and procedures during the internship.

2. Term

The internship shall commence on the Start Date and continue for a period of 12 weeks, unless earlier terminated by the FBI or the Intern. The End Date shall conclusion internship.

3. Compensation

The Intern shall receive compensation in the form of academic credit or a stipend, as agreed upon by the parties. The Intern shall not be entitled to any additional benefits or remuneration.

4. Confidentiality

The Intern shall maintain the confidentiality of all FBI information to which the Intern is exposed during the internship and shall not disclose such information without the prior written consent of the FBI.

5. Governing Law
